As a certified Birkman Method consultant, Dr. Hans includes a Birkman personality and occupational assessment as part of every service he offers. This assessment is administered online at your convenience, and includes a 90-minute feedback session. Whether administered separately or as part of a consulting services package, this assessment will deliver important insights into interpersonal functioning at home and the workplace, where it can also aid in aligning team roles to maximize productivity and success.
